#An external consultant is defined as a
business or company registered with ACRA. The persons
providing the consultancy service must be qualified and
experienced persons not in the employment or
remuneration of the applicant company. These persons
shall not be related to or be in the employment or
remuneration of a joint-venture partner, an affiliated
company or a principal in a trading/agency relationship
with the company.
For what?

subsidize the cost of hiring a consultant to implement
quality management and IT systems (e.g. upgrading of
computer systems or ISO projects)
How much?

LETAS
subsidises up to 50% of the cost* of hiring the
consultant.
* Hardware and software costs for IT projects are
not supported.
Things to

SPRING will
take into account previous grants awarded to you under LETAS.

only apply for LETAS once for each project area (i.e. one
LETAS grant for IT systems, one LETAS grant for Quality
management systems).
